Jesús Ruiz

Senior CIO/CTO with more than 27 years of international experience leading large-scale digital transformations, specialized in systems architecture and in controlling the full development cycle: from design and quality to production deployment. He has led technology across Spain, Europe and Latin America for banking, retail, manufacturing and services, with direct impact on efficiency and on the bottom line.

His career spans top-tier companies: NTTData, CGI, Accenture, Falabella, and Leroy Merlin.

As a fractional CIO/CTO, he has guided numerous SMEs and large enterprises through their transformation, achieving process improvements and major savings by minimizing technical debt and optimizing processes. An expert in cloud-native architectures, ERPs and CRMs, DevOps and agile delivery: the software lifecycle governed end to end.

Today he channels all that experience into agentic development as co-founder of JR2, where he leads the AI agent factory that produces custom software in days and integrates it natively with each client’s stack: the natural evolution of 27 years controlling how software is built, tested and deployed.

Jorge Rodelgo

Strategy and Innovation executive with 30 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business, specialized in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and business growth. Throughout his career, he has led projects, departments and companies toward more efficient, scalable and results-oriented models.

A leading entrepreneur in the Spanish tech ecosystem, he was founder and CEO of iphonedroid, one of the pioneering startups in mobile app development in Spain, recognized as a “Gazelle Company” and responsible for creating the no-code platform OctopusApps, with more than 333,000 apps generated worldwide. After its successful integration into BDO, he has continued to drive innovation from strategic positions in consulting and management.

An expert in strategy and innovation, he helps organizations redesign Business Processes and accelerate their efficiency through the use of Artificial Intelligence Agents. He also trains senior management in applied AI and collaborates on fundraising and business development.

He combines a solid technical foundation with strategic vision, standing out for his ability to anticipate technology trends —from the app to artificial intelligence— and turn them into sustainable business opportunities. He is also a startup mentor and a speaker at leading forums, actively contributing to the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
